During Q&A a Tinmouth resident told the group that some people "do not have access to phones so that they can scan things, they're being left out of this whole process." The resident urged the RPC to ensure alternative outreach to people without internet access.
Burke replied that the RPC had conducted 26 pop-ups (one in nearly every community), held regional information sessions, provided chapter summaries and hard copies, and invited towns to request additional accommodations or ask RPC staff to make materials available at the RPC office.
