Grange quoted producer Annie Kwan and director Amy Redford praising Montoya: "Mark has been an extraordinary local liaison, generously opening doors to locations, community members, and invaluable connections," and "the contribution that Mark has made to the artist storytelling cannot be overstated." Montoya said the production will film in Helper from Monday the 16th through April 17 and expressed hope the production will bring future opportunities to the county.
The recognition is honorary; no county funding or formal economic-development agreement was announced at the meeting.
