Superintendent Sue told the committee that many engagement activities already occur in staff workflows and recommended using existing meeting structures to reduce additional staff burden. Chair Gupta closed the item by announcing the committee would forward the approved plan to the full board in June, stating, "We will do so in June, and you will see this come before the board for" (Chair Gupta).
