The Long Prairie‑Grey Eagle School Board approved multiple sets of checks and fund transfers as part of the consent agenda on July 21. The minutes record prewrite checks numbered through 23576 totaling $285,151.96; FY25 checks numbered 23577–23614 at $1,181,939.93; and FY26 checks numbered 23615–23649 at $302,350.13. Several fund transfers and payroll liabilities were listed in the minutes.
Business and technology staff reported a projected E‑Rate reimbursement of roughly $15,000 toward internet services, and Business Manager Sherri Evenson reported about $70,000 in interest earned on three bonds; Evenson emphasized that those bond interest dollars may only be spent for the purposes for which the bonds were issued. The board approved the consent agenda containing these items by unanimous vote.
