Council hears ClearGov demo; staff says online budget will improve transparency

Council also flagged one data table that appeared to overstate high-value homes (a page showing 61 houses over $1,000,000); staff said they would remove that page and replace it with breakdowns from the appraisal district until the discrepancy is resolved.
