The Sartell–St. Stephen School Board approved a resolution accepting donations at its April 20 meeting. The donations list included a $12,025 contribution from Niron Magnetics Inc. to Sabre Robotics, $7,175.14 and $5,500 gifts from Storm'n Sabres Booster Club for girls hockey transportation and coach pay, and multiple other gifts to athletics and community education programs.
Director Tricia Meling read the donations aloud as the board considered the resolution; the motion to approve was recorded as carried. The donations cover a mix of program supports, from transportation and uniform purchases to robotics and community education sponsorships.
