Board approves placing 'district restroom use' on November agenda after members request legal guidance

"So the motion would be to add the topic of district restroom use to the agenda for the November regular board meeting," the member said before a colleague seconded the motion. Members and counsel discussed timing for legal guidance; one board member said they would receive guidance prior to the Nov. 12 meeting and another added the board would be careful to avoid matters that would require closed session under the Sunshine Law.
