Rockford board delegates clerk and treasurer duties, approves resolutions granting CFO and superintendent financial authority

Jamie Hillstrom moved to delegate clerk duties; the motion was seconded by Eric Gordee and passed unanimously. Chris Morgan moved to delegate treasurer duties to the School District CFO; Hillstrom seconded and the motion also passed unanimously.
The board then approved a resolution authorizing the School District CFO or the superintendent to deposit district funds, pay expenses, invest and transfer funds to serve the district's financial interests. That resolution was moved by Chris Morgan, seconded by Sjodin, and passed on a roll-call vote recorded in favor by Hillstrom, Sjodin, Johnson, Gordee, and Morgan. The board separately approved a resolution authorizing the use of facsimile signatures on payroll and voucher checks under Minn. Statutes 47.41 and 47.42; that resolution passed on a roll-call vote recorded in favor by Hillstrom, Sjodin, Kneeland, Gordee, and Morgan as recorded in the minutes.
The minutes record the roll-call tallies for the two resolutions; the facsimile signature roll call includes the name "Kneeland," which the attendance list did not show earlier in the minutes. The minutes do not supply further clarification about that attendance discrepancy.
