Nominations came from board members and each office was "Elected by Acclamation," the minutes record. Jessica Johnson was nominated and chosen as chair after a motion by Eric Gordee; Hillstrom was elected clerk and Morgan treasurer in subsequent acclamations. The board approved the agenda earlier in the meeting by a unanimous motion from Johnson, seconded by Morgan.
The officer slate sets the leadership for the 2026–27 school year and will be reflected in committee assignments and official signatory roles. The board adjourned at 5:54 p.m. after completing organizational business.
