ISD 622 board approves consent agenda and grant acceptance

Clerk Livingston moved that the agenda be approved as presented; Director Swor seconded and the motion carried 5-0. Director Yener asked that Consent Agenda item IV.L (Grant Acceptance) be removed for discussion; after discussion the board approved Consent Agenda items IV.A–IV.H and then approved IV.L by a separate roll call vote. "BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of Independent School District No. 622 that the following Consent Agenda items, IV.A. - IV.H., be approved as written," minutes record. The motions carried unanimously in each recorded vote.
The board did not record dissent on the consent items. The approved consent materials are attached to the meeting minutes; the board did not add additional conditions to the grant acceptance in the transcripted record.
