The Independent School District #775 Board of Education approved the FY2027 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) plan at its July 14 meeting. The board also passed a resolution stating that district property not currently needed for educational purposes may be rented. Both actions were approved by motion and recorded in the minutes as passing unanimously.
The minutes record approval of the LTFM plan and the rental resolution but do not include detailed project lists, cost estimates, or intended rental properties. The POC committee also provided building-project updates later in the meeting (see separate report).
