The Kittson Central School District board unanimously approved the district's financial reports and ordered payment of audited bills at its Sept. 24 meeting. The motion to approve was made by Mark Johnson and seconded by Crisa Mortenson and carried 7-0.
Officials reported non-payroll checks totaling $259,387.35, an activity fund balance of $132,623.65, payroll electronic transfers/miscellaneous of $124,722.96, total wires of $170,347.13, a payroll check of $1,824.15, and a Visa payment of $546.34; donations during the reporting period totaled $56,312.87. The end-of-month totals across district accounts were reported as $3,667,518.30.
Board members extended thanks to donors listed by administration, including Shirley Rydberg, American Crystal, Kittson County Enterprise, Emily's Dance Show, Otter Tail Power and Summer Theater. No amendments or dissenting votes were recorded.
