At its May 18 meeting the International Falls School Board approved routine financial and personnel items as part of the consent agenda. The board approved payroll totaling $671,390.49 (covering regular and retro pay under a new L510 contract and Q-comp payroll) and current accounts payable of $2,140,087.14.
The board also accepted resignations from Justin True (5–12 Band Director, effective June 30, 2026), Trista Haberle (paraprofessional, effective May 21, 2026) and Karla Line (Minnesota Honor Society advisor, effective June 30, 2026). The board approved a new 1.0 full-time equivalent Full-Service Community School Site Coordinator position and approved hires including Julian Wilson as ISD 361 Technology Director (start date June 15, 2026) and Justin Carney as a 1.0 FTE special-education teacher for the 2026–27 school year.
