The International Falls School Board approved the Consent Agenda, which included payroll and accounts payable and a slate of personnel actions. The minutes record payroll of $506,397.80 for pay periods 10/31/2025 and 11/14/2025 and current accounts payable due of $1,592,323.34; the motion to approve was made by Jessica Crosby and seconded by Tina Sather, and the motion carried (all in favor).
The Consent Agenda also recorded hires and resignations. The board approved hiring Angela Schwartz as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher effective Jan. 2, 2026, and approved Linnea Imhof as the DFC Grant Director for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. The minutes accept resignations from Charley Phillips (paraprofessional, effective 11/14/2025), BethAnne Slatinski (DFC Grant Director, effective 10/31/2025) and Luke Zika (assistant boys track and field coach, effective 11/04/2025). In addition the board approved numerous athletic coaching appointments and volunteer coaches for the 2025-2026 seasons as listed in the minutes.
The board took no separate vote on each individual hire in public discussion; those personnel actions were approved as part of the consent agenda motion.
