County child support director outlines mediation, employment and support services and recognizes staff

Brown also highlighted the agency’s free mediation services that allow parents to create customized agreements on support and parenting time. She introduced members of the child support staff present at the meeting and named Joe Scrunchen as the agency’s 2024 employee of the year and Paula Lybrook as the 2025 employee of the year; she noted Kim Collins’s 47 years of service. A commissioner closed by inviting staff forward for a photograph and thanking Brown for her leadership.
