A board motion to approve SAP contract amendments 3, 4 and 5 (design/consolidation tasks) passed 7-0.
Project renderings and an explanation of circulation, collaboration spaces and accessibility features were shown; staff said they will bring construction bids to the board in February or March after design completion and pricing.
