All motions carried unanimously; Hoeft and Rose were recorded absent.
Clerk Linda Leiding signed the minutes. The board announced upcoming meetings on June 22 and July 20 (regular meetings at 5:30 p.m.), a study session on Aug. 3 at 5:30 p.m., and a regular meeting on Aug. 17 at 5:30 p.m. The minutes do not record public comment or extended discussion on any item.
