The motion to approve Contract No. 2026-19 (the MOU) passed 5-0 on a motion by DDA Board member Scott Mecredy, seconded by Tom Mills. The survey contract (Contract No. 2026-18) was recorded as approved with the optional As‑Built services excluded; the meeting minutes include inconsistent wording about which contract was amended (see audit).
