Trails committee highlights grants, rails-to-trails interest and trailhead priorities

The committee also flagged needs for better enforcement and maintenance—residents have asked for more covered dumpsters and sign replacement along trails—and indicated it would continue bringing items back to council as grant opportunities and staffing permit.
