Commissioners also discussed ineligible or dropped applications and panel scoring mechanics; staff said one application was removed for ineligibility and that pilot awards will be monitored as a multi-year pilot. Staff noted an extra pool of funding carried over from a Boulder Vision allocation that enabled additional awards.
