The board discussed how moving Pleasant Valley to a later year would shift other projects (e.g., Bergen Road) and could increase bonding needs to cover the multi-million-dollar planning estimate for Bergen Road.
Other items included heavy pavement rehab on Butler Road and limestone-capping discussions for Clyde/Cullen Road, a deferred culvert replacement at Blaine Road and options to swap projects if schedules shift. Staff said the fund balance would remain generally stable even with bonding but that timing adjustments affect cash-flow and debt plans.
