District staff described a multi-pronged communications strategy to keep the public informed about the 2025 Capital Bond projects. The plan includes a dedicated bond website with project pages, a Bond ParentSquare e-blast, district and school newsletters, a monthly bond newsletter, social media updates, and banners at school sites with QR codes linking to project details.
"Our primary way of communicating, bond news is through, our Bond Parent Square community group," the bond communications lead said, noting the district already has close to 1,000 community members signed up for the e-blast and will roll out more detailed project pages in the coming week. Staff also described a quarterly bond report and coordination with local papers to provide project updates.
Board members praised the approach as responsive to prior long-range planning input and requested continued school-level reporting to make it easy for families to track work at their child's site.
