Board reviews school scorecards from seven Corvallis schools

The Corvallis School District Board of Directors met Dec. 18, 2025, at Linus Pauling Middle School and received scorecard presentations from seven schools: Adams, Bessie Coleman, Garfield, Kathryn Jones Harrison, Letitia Carson, Lincoln and Mt. View. Chair Luhui Whitebear told attendees that "the Board and presenters would have dinner until 6:00 p.m., then proceed with the Scorecard presentations." The board arranged for members and presenters to rotate tables during the presentations, and audio was limited during rotations.

District staff posted the scorecard documents online and noted they will be archived as part of the official 2025–26 board records. Superintendent Ryan Noss led the evening's reflection and highlighted the value of the scorecards in showing both successes and opportunities across the schools. He said the reports demonstrated cohesion in programming priorities and provided data useful to the board's oversight.

Administrators presented their schools' scorecards at rotating tables so board members and student representatives could ask questions directly; the minutes record the presentations occurred and indicate the materials are available in the meeting packet online. No formal votes or motions were recorded during the presentation portion of the meeting.
