Board approves agenda, consent items and schedules executive-session evaluation

The board also approved the consent agenda, which included minutes, a personnel report and 2026-2027 licensed staff renewals. "Ms. Stayton moved to approve the consent agenda. Mr. Anderson seconded, and THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY," the minutes record. Later in the meeting the board voted to schedule an executive-session special meeting for Superintendent Mike Johnson's evaluation on April 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM; Sarah Cox moved the motion and Mary Stayton seconded. Tim Rogers moved to adopt the 2026-2027 school calendar as proposed; Sarah Cox seconded and that motion also carried unanimously.
