The Centennial School District 28J governing board approved the meeting agenda (modified to move the Powell Butte report), unanimously approved the February 25, 2026 meeting minutes and approved a packet of confirmation items.
Director Melissa Standley moved to approve the minutes and Director Ronald “Jess” Hardin seconded; that motion passed unanimously with five affirming votes. Later, Director Standley moved to approve the confirmation items and Director Michael Newman seconded; that motion passed unanimously with six affirming votes. The confirmation items included site council minutes, financial statements, enrollment reports and human-resources actions such as employment and retirements. The board also completed a second reading of Policy JECA (Admission of Resident Students) during the meeting.
