The Cascade Board of Education voted to approve the 2025–2027 collective bargaining agreement with the Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA) chapter at its Sept. 8 meeting. The resolution was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
According to staff, the two‑year agreement includes a 3% salary increase across both years and a $50 per‑year insurance cap for the duration. The contract opens successor bargaining after two years. The board approved the resolution without recorded opposition. District staff said they will coordinate implementation with payroll and the association.
