Board approves 2026 meeting calendar, continues existing policies and authorizes signatures

The Alexandria Township Board of Education approved its 2026 schedule of work sessions and regular meetings, which will begin at 7:00 PM in the Alexandria Middle School Library/Media Center. The approved calendar lists work sessions in February, March, April, May, June, September, October and November and regular meetings through December 2026.
The board also voted to continue the district’s existing policies, bylaws and administrative regulations for the 2026 school year, subject to any changes required by State statute. In addition, the board authorized signatures for district bank accounts (Citizens Bank and others) and set which officers may sign on each account type, as recorded in the minutes.
