InterMountain ESD presents 2026–27 Local Service Plan to Pendleton board; district vote set for February

Mark Mulvihill, representing InterMountain Education Service District, presented the IMESD Local Service Plan (LSP) for 2026–27 and walked the Pendleton School District board through the LSP and its supporting documents, including contracted services, state contracts, special education supports, and regional inclusive services.
Mulvihill told the board the IMESD board will approve the LSP in January and reminded members that "by law, 2/3 of the districts must approve the LSP for it to pass." He said the plan will return to the Pendleton board for a formal vote in February. The presentation listed IMESD supports to Pendleton in special education and administrative services and highlighted regional inclusive services and contracted programs.
