Board schedules OSBA election vote for November meeting

Board members reviewed the Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA) ballot during the Oct. 20 meeting and agreed to schedule the district's vote at the November meeting so trustees could research candidates online beforehand.
Judy Miles moved and Carol Hacherl seconded the motion to schedule the vote for November; the motion passed unanimously. Miller reminded the board the overall OSBA vote deadline is Dec. 15.
The board did not take the ballot that night and directed members to review candidate information ahead of the November meeting.
