Judy Miles moved and Angel Ashdown seconded the motion to approve the list with the two exceptions; the motion passed unanimously. The two excluded curricula will be brought back for consideration after additional review.
Board members discussed the legal limitation that prohibits purchasing certain types of curriculum with government funds and directed staff to further vet the two titles before approving them for Family Academy purchasing.
