Board approves resolution on unanticipated revenue and two routine motions

The motion passed.
The board also approved an OSAA collective sponsorship for cross country between Irrigon and Umatilla after a motion from Ashley Lindsay, seconded by Erin Anderson, and approved the MCSD Integrated Pest Management Statement and Plan following a motion that was seconded by Mary Killion; both motions passed with all present voting aye.
These items were recorded as passed with no recorded no votes and one trustee absent; the board secretary's signature block records the meeting minutes' approval date for follow-up.
