District reviews 2026–27 budget; staff say focus groups and Title VI supports inform plans

Committee member Jacen Jespersen asked what Title VI provides; according to the minutes, Jeff "provided a description of the staff and supports in place for native students district-wide, that is funded by Title VI funds."
