City staff reviewed three projects covered by a Texas COVID-19 subgrant: generators at the Tankwood/Tanglewood Pump Station, generators at the Elliott Ranch pump station, and related work on the New Country Lane well.
The presenter said they updated the project Gantt chart and forwarded copies to the mayor and key staff. "It's somewhat tough to identify how long it will take TDEM and FEMA to review the generator project," the presenter cautioned, estimating roughly a four-month review window and noting that reviews could be longer depending on requested plan changes. Staff said they will send a full set of plans and track federal/state review milestones, and they will post a larger copy of the chart for ongoing coordination.
Council acknowledged the timeline constraints and asked staff to continue coordination with the grant consultant and federal reviewers; staff said they will report progress and update scheduling as reviews proceed.
