Staff said they will send a full set of plans and track federal/state review milestones, and they will post a larger copy of the chart for ongoing coordination.
Council acknowledged the timeline constraints and asked staff to continue coordination with the grant consultant and federal reviewers; staff said they will report progress and update scheduling as reviews proceed.
