The Wickliffe City Council voted July 27 to record 14 Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) tax certificates collectively, raising the city’s recorded CRAs to 35 for the year.
Finance staff (identified in the record as Matos) told the council this is the third set entered into new business and would increase the city's total CRAs to 35. Councilman Lavonne moved to record the 14 CRA certificates collectively; the motion was seconded and passed on roll call.
Council members asked whether any outstanding completeness tests remained; Matos said he had not completed a final completeness test and that a few straggler certificates might still be coming forward. The council approved the recording as presented.
