Spurger ISD board hears tax appraisal and district reports; routine business recorded

The board received several routine reports and recorded standing items at its Feb. 12 meeting. A Tax Appraisal Representative presented a report to the board (minutes note the report was heard but provide no substantive detail). The board approved the District DVA Report for the 2025–2026 school year (motion by Eudel Tucker, seconded by Brent Marcum; recorded as passed unanimously).
The minutes also note an Elementary Principal Report was given and that there was no High School Principal Report. The Business Manager and the Superintendent provided reports as recorded in the minutes. The board recorded there were no budget amendments and no purchases over $25,000 for this meeting.
