Superintendent Nicole Albisu responded that "the staff members on this report have already started working for us and have met the requirements to work for us," and explained the district maintains contracts with nearby entities — she cited Four Rivers Charter School as an example where the district places a learning specialist under an inter-district arrangement. Director of Federal Programs Anabel Ortiz‑Chavolla added that placement decisions are handled "case-by-case" depending on student needs.
