At the March 12 meeting, the Board adopted R25/26-28, the consent agenda that encompassed employment changes, minutes approval, contract extensions and non-renewals, and other routine actions. "Paul Kemp moved, April Olson seconded the motion to adopt the consent agenda as recommended," the minutes state; the motion passed 5-0 (Dobson, Kemp, McVay, Olson, Tamtreng).
Among items in the consent agenda the Board approved various licensed staff appointments and terminations, extensions of administrator and licensed staff contracts for 2026–2027 and multi-year contracts through 2029, and initial multi-year contracts for new hires. The Board also approved minutes from February 26, 2026, and authorized 146 interdistrict transfer slots into North Clackamas and an unlimited number of transfers out for the 2026–2027 school year.
