Resident urges clearer attendance maps and special-education parity during public comment

"I just don't understand why people who actually live in the area were bumped to another school outside of where they live, so they can't even walk to school," he said. The board did not take immediate action in open session on those requests; Dreher's remarks were part of the public-comment record.
