Public commenter urges transparency in closed sessions during Richardson ISD work session

His remarks framed a broader request for openness around superintendent-related materials and the legal basis for executive sessions, which he said the public deserves to review. The board acknowledged the concern and proceeded with the agenda, inviting a special-education update from district staff.
The board did not take formal action on the public comment; the meeting continued into the staff presentation on special-education services and compliance.
