Council tables Silverleaf Plat B amendment after residents press to revert overgrown common area

Given competing claims, the council voted to table the amendment to allow staff time to investigate legal history, to confirm recorded easements, to consult additional affected property owners, and to prepare an options analysis (including potential trail‑improvement costs and alternatives for preserving public access to the broader open space). No final vacation or plat filing occurred at the July 14 meeting.
