The consent agenda — including minutes from the previous meeting, the tax collector's report and campus transfer lists — was approved on a motion by Secretary Ryan Netherland, seconded by Susan Baker; the motion carried 6-0. Trey Rowe presented the 2024–25 financial audit; Superintendent Scott Harrell recommended approval. Clay Carr moved to accept the audit, Joe Ky Shultz seconded, and the motion carried 6-0. The approvals complete routine business and place the audit on the district's public record.
