Deeann Lee of Raise Your Hand Texas led a Governance Team Building session that the minutes identify as "Legal Updates, previously known as Team of Eight Training." The meeting concluded when board member Ty Lindsey moved to adjourn at 9:47 p.m.; Homer Dickey seconded, and the board voted unanimously 7-0 in favor (Shane Jasper, Vic Bansal, Jake Howard, Ty Lindsey, Homer Dickey, Lisa Lewis and Todd Kelly).
