Preston Lindsey, representing Support Services, told the board that curb work on the roof air‑conditioner unit has been completed and that the work carries a 20‑year warranty. He also reported that the district's new scoreboard was installed last week and worked well during recent games. Looking ahead, the district plans to issue a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk to oversee anticipated bond construction projects.
Lindsey said the Emergency Operations Plan is being updated for submission to the Texas School Safety Commission; the submission includes updates to the annex addressing active threats and would allow 90 days for any required resubmission. No formal action was taken on these administrative items during open session.
