Trustee Rick Sowell moved "I move to approve the resignation from Jeff Osborne," a motion seconded by Trustee Darrell Pullin. The board recorded six yes votes, no nays, and one absence (Trustee Sammy Ruiz). The meeting adjourned at 5:08 PM.
