Greg Scott warned about cybersecurity and teleconferencing rules adopted after the pandemic, urging city staff to consider vulnerabilities associated with opening remote channels: "You're opening yourself up to certain vulnerabilities," he said.
Speakers also raised process concerns about meeting density, public‑comment placement in supplemental materials, and procurement and IT case studies.
