The Sudan ISD Board adopted a campus/district parent involvement policy for the 2026-27 school year after administration presented the policy and Superintendent Scott Harrell recommended adoption. Vice President Clay Carr moved to adopt the policy; Susan Baker seconded and the motion carried 6-0.
On the same agenda the board approved the 2026-27 Instructional Materials Allotment & TEKS Certification Form. Harrell recommended approval of the certification form as presented; Clay Carr moved to approve and Joe Ky Shultz seconded. The board recorded the motion as carried 6-0. Both items are administrative prerequisites for instructional planning and state reporting.
