He reviewed program philosophy, hybrid scheduling options, staffing, intake and tracking processes, student credit opportunities, key metrics, and takeaways. Directors asked how hybrid participation affects extracurricular eligibility and attendance and discussed ways the Board can support the program.
Board members praised the value of alternative pathways and inquired about current challenges and supports needed to advance student outcomes.
