Clayton council adopts consent agenda appointing solicitors, auditors and engineers for 2026

The list includes R-01-26 By-Laws; R-02-26 Appointment of Borough Solicitor — Tim Scaffidi; R-03-26 Appointment of Borough Auditor — Bowman & Company LLP; R-05-26 Appointment of Borough Engineer and R-06-26 Appointment of Borough Water Engineer — Sickels & Associates; and numerous other administrative designations (R-01-26 through R-32-26).
A motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Chapes and seconded by Christina Moorhouse; the roll-call vote in the minutes shows Wolak yes, Rollo yes, Chapes yes, Moorhouse yes, Vondran yes and Long yes. The minutes do not record separate discussion of individual consent items, consistent with standard consent-agenda procedure.
The approved appointments set the roster of municipal professionals and designate processes such as official newspapers, cash management plans and cooperative purchasing agencies for 2026.
