Administrator McCafferty said the Zoning Officer position has been posted internally through Aug. 14 with one application received so far and will be advertised publicly after that date if needed. McCafferty also reopened discussion of social media guidelines for Borough committees; Council discussed not allowing comments on Borough social accounts and Solicitor Vigilante will review the draft policy for presentation at the Sept. 9 meeting. Mayor Razze relayed resident concerns about speeding on Hazel Avenue; Police Chief McAteer confirmed there are multiple 'watch for children' signs on the street but no new action was decided at the work session.
