Union Grove ISD honors students and staff of the month, lists upcoming events

Students honored were Saylor Rosales (Elementary), Noah Dippold (JH) and Kendall Sartain (HS). Staff 'Triple E' recognition went to Elementary staff member Mandy Cox and JH/HS staff member Donne Cline. The minutes also list multiple campus events: Muffins with Mom (Oct. 9 at the elementary), Donuts with Dad (Oct. 10 at the elementary), Yamboree (Oct. 15–18), Band UIL Marching Contest (Oct. 14 at Mt. Pleasant) and a Veterans Day program on Nov. 7.
Administrators also noted the junior-high girls won the district cross-country meet and the junior-high boys placed second; the high-school team was scheduled to compete Oct. 8.
